Initiate Request
Log into your Aikeyah account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to begin the process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, luxury garment bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a complimentary courier pickup from your delivery address at a time that suits your schedule.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the garment, and once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
